ROXAS PROPERTY UNIT INKS AGREEMENT TO DEVELOP FIRST SERVICED BOUTIQUE RESORT AND RESIDENCES IN TAGAYTAY. ROXACO Land Corporation (Roxaco), the property unit of listed holding firm Roxas and Company, Inc. (RCI), will introduce the first upscale serviced resort living in scenic Tagaytay City.

 

Roxaco recently partnered with VJ Properties, Inc. (VJPI) to develop Anya Resort and Residences, a six-hectare boutique resort community located at a tranquil and private area in the country’s “second summer capital”. 

 

This Asian tropical-themed development, which will feature accommodation facilities, dining and spa amenities, and a destination resort pool for both residents and guests, will be offering a limited number of lots for private ownership. It is expected to be launched by second half of 2010.

 

Sealing the partnership at the contract signing are: Ms. Ma. Victoria Maniquis, President, VJPI, and Mr. Santiago Elizalde, Senior Vice President of Roxaco.
